CHELEDORIE does not discriminate based upon their customer’s age, race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.  CHELEDORIE does not produce any discriminatory, offensive, prejudice or inappropriate products.  CHELEDORIE has full and complete rights and discretion to decline any such product if it is found to be against policy. 

All personal information of customer will remain private.  All personal information given by customer will not be shared with any third party other than those associated with the duty of the customer’s approval and request.  All personal information will not be abused or misused in any matter that is illegal or against state or federal laws and regulations.

Terms and Conditions:  It is important that all customers are satisfied.  Inspection of all products are completed before final shipment.  Should you have any problems please call us.   No refunds will be given on custom or personalized items.  Any error found and approved by CHELEDORIE the correction will be made.  It will be replaced upon receipt of the original products or items purchased.  All purchases must be paid in full before shipment of products.   Discounts are only offered when announced to public and only on the given dates.

All items shipped: Customer’s are responsible for shipping and handling, charges and postage for shipment.  Returned shipment charges are the responsibility of the customers.

Payments made by customer: CHELEDORIE accepts most major credit cards (PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express) debit card, cash, money orders and cashier checks.

Warning/Safety:  CHELEDORIE’S products are not toys.  The products are used for decoration purposes only.
