Question 1: Is this wood burning or engraving, a design on wood and or fabrication/material?
A. Yes, this is the old fashion technique of designing wood artistically, using an electrical hot pen, on wood. It is also called pyrography, a style of art, which dates back hundreds of years ago. When using an electrical hot pen, the work is handcrafted with skill and precision.
B. Yes, the engraver is a cutting machine with a Co2 laser for engraving different fabrications and materials. This laser engraver and cutting machine works on wood, crystal, leather, organic plastic, acrylic and plastics. Please ask about other materials if uncertain, we will let you know if we can laser engrave for you.
Question 2: Can I put my item or signage outside?
Without, a weather resistant finish wood is unable to take harsh heat, snow, cold or rainy weather conditions. It will depend on the material being used, for example, plastic. The customer will need to inform the woodworker or designer that the signage or product will be outdoors for special finish and/or treatment if needed.
Question 3: How long does it take to complete an order?
Each project usually takes, two to four weeks of delivery. It will depend on the design and any specialized details. In addition, the quantity of the order placed. During holiday season, please be mindful to place your order as early as possible for your convenience.
Question 4: How much does it cost?
Depending on the customer’s request, prices may vary, unless, already marked, with a price. CHELEDORIE, provides free consultation. Keep in mind, that personalized orders are priced by design and/or lettering, as well as, bulk orders. All sales are announced to public, and only good for the dates of sale.
